Our Patients

We see patients with all types of diagnoses which can cause pain. Some frequent diagnoses we see and treat are:

  • herniated discs
  • SI Joint Disease
  • neuromas
  • arthritis
  • reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD or otherwise CRPS)
  • post-herpetic neuralgia
  • myofascial pair
  • cancer and sickle cell pain
  • pain in varied systems of the body

We are also responsible for providing pain relief for women in labor, with the use of epidural infusions. Depending on each individual diagnosis very often nerve blocks and or procedures can be done for relief of pain or to help with the diagnosis. Patients can also be managed with a medication regimen and sometimes a combination of both nerve blocks and medication are used.

Medications prescribed are from a variety of categories, some of which include: narcotics, non-steroidals, such as, motrin, vioxx, celebrex, daypro, and naproxyn, to name just a few, anti-depressants, anti-anxiety agents, and more.

Procedures frequently done on our patients are the following:
